Job Description
Requirements
1.1 Roles and Responsibilities
a) Application programming
b) System testing;
c) Translation of high level system design to application programs;
d) Where system enhancements are required compile design documents and manage the changes throughout the system development life cycle;
e) Provide user support and respond to user calls or issues logged with the Helpdesk;
f) Document and manage system changes;
g) Investigate fix test and migrate system bugs fixes through the prescribed change management procedures;
h) Compile and/or update training manuals and participate in the actual user training.
