Job Description

Growth Resourcing are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying for new business opportunities while representing our business with professionalism and expertise. You will leverage your expertise in sales outreach and client communication to expand the company s market presence.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market research and brand awareness

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential prospects through cold calling email and social selling

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect needs

  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular activity reports

  • Research accounts identify key players and generate interest in our products/services

  • Collaborate with Client Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities



Requirements

  • 3 years in sales or customer service experience

  • Experience working with the UK market

  • Previous SDR/BDR experience

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator Outreach etc.)

  • Experience or knowledge of the company s Industry is

  • Knowledge of sales methodology and best practices



5+ years of SDR/BDR experience with proven success 1+ years of team leadership or management experience Experience working with the UK market Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM systems and sales tools Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Leadership and team management Sales coaching and training Performance management Strategic planning Problem-solving abilities Time management Data analysis and reporting
