About the Role

Were looking for a Claims and Assistance Support Administrator to join our high-performing team. Youll play a key role in supporting our travel claims and assistance operations by managing case data reviewing reserves and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Process and review invoices statements and assistance case data.

Ensure accurate input and reporting in our claims systems.

Communicate with policyholders and internal teams via email and phone.

Register new assistance and claims cases quickly and accurately.

Conduct monthly reserve reviews and collaborate with finance and medical teams to resolve outstanding issues.

Maintain SLAs and deliver a high standard of service across all touchpoints.

Act as a knowledge point for invoice and reserve-related queries.

    What Were Looking For

    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

    High attention to detail and numeracy.

    Organised proactive and comfortable working under pressure.

    A true team player who is also confident working independently.

    Familiarity with claims systems (e.g. Magenta) is a plus.

    A professional empathetic and customer-focused approach.

      Success in This Role Means

      Timely and accurate processing of claims and case data.

      Clear responsive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

      Proactive reserve management and case closure.

      Supporting collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
