Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and manage contracts to maximise ROI and service quality.
Lead tender processes and ensure legal compliance.
Drive e-tender and catalogue system effectiveness.
Identify savings opportunities and report to CEO and Finance.
Engage with stakeholders suppliers and advisory committees.
Supervise one administrator and support regional procurement activities.
Dimensions
Financial:Ensure cost-effective systems track and report savings.
Non-Financial:Manage staff regional activities and user groups.
Major Challenges
Deliver measurable ROI and cost savings.
Develop new contracts aligned with member needs.
Manage high workload demanding stakeholders and frequent travel.
Requirements
Education:Bachelors in Commerce Business Management or equivalent.
Experience:5 years in corporate procurement.
Skills:
Strong negotiation sourcing and supplier evaluation skills
Knowledge of procurement frameworks and e-procurement systems
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving abilities
Advanced Office 365 proficiency
