A leadingforce in the retail and restaurant building industry specialising in new builds and renovations is searching for a talented Project Co-ordinator to join their dynamic role involves coordinating schedules resources site visits and ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A valid drivers licence own vehicle and willingness to travel and work after hours are essential.
Responsibilities:
Orchestrate project schedules and ensure timely execution
Coordinate resources including materials and contractors
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders
Manage project documentation and administrative tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges
Conduct site management including site visits and meetings
Oversee Health & Safety compliance on-site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Co-ordinator preferably in retail and restaurant construction
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Computer literacy
Willingness to travel within Southern Africa
Availability to work after hours when required
Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
