Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for managing complex tender processes from start to finish We are seeking aTender Managerto join our dynamic team in Midrand. This is a high-impact role for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full tender lifecycle for private sector projects from opportunity identification to submission and post-tender negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical financial and legal inputs.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
- Develop and maintain a tender calendar and reporting system.
- Conduct risk assessments and pricing strategies for each tender.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Arelevant degreein Business Administration Supply Chain Procurement or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experiencein managing private sector tenders end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of procurement regulations and tendering best practices.
- Excellent communication negotiation and project management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
