Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full tender lifecycle for private sector projects from opportunity identification to submission and post-tender negotiations.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical financial and legal inputs.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain a tender calendar and reporting system.
Conduct risk assessments and pricing strategies for each tender.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Minimum Requirements:
Arelevant degreein Business Administration Supply Chain Procurement or a related field.
3 years of proven experiencein managing private sector tenders end-to-end.
Strong understanding of procurement regulations and tendering best practices.
Excellent communication negotiation and project management skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
