Job Description
Introduction
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Consultant to join our clients dynamic finance team based in Pietermaritzburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Tax VAT and PAYE audits liaising directly with SARS and clients and providing expert support on all tax-related matters.
Requirements include:
- Handling Tax VAT and PAYE Audits
- Liaising with clients and SARS regarding the above mentioned Audits
- Assessments
- Ensuring that letters are sent to Clients for payment
- Training Tax Administrator or Article Clerks when required
- Monthly billing
- Dealing with all Tax related queries that may arise
- Minimum Qualifications Skills and Experience
- Bcom Degree
- Post Graduate in Taxation would be advantages
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel Word Outlook)
