Salary: Rper annum CTC - Negotiable

A dynamic and solutions-focused business specialising in IT hardware rentals and asset management solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers. This team focuses on B2B distribution and reseller channels within the IT rental and leasing space.

In this role youll be responsible for executing market strategies coaching your team to exceed sales targets and delivering measurable commercial performance. Reporting into the executive leadership team youll align departmental outputs with broader organisational goals while supporting innovation customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What Youll Bring:
A passion for performance an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of the sales process in technology and leasing. Youll know how to get the best out of your team and have the foresight to drive meaningful growth in a competitive channel-driven environment.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent.
Business Management degree or equivalent qualification.
MBA or similar qualification (advantageous).
8 years of progressive experience in professional services or IT solution sales.
Minimum of 3 years experience managing a high-performing sales team.
Proven track record in high-value solution-based sales environments.
Strong understanding of financial leasing and procurement models.
Skilled in CRM systems sales reporting and performance analysis.
Excellent coaching people management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead manage and mentor a national team of Business Development Managers.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Set and monitor sales targets KPIs and pipeline health.
Oversee high-value client relationships to ensure satisfaction drive growth and support commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product finance operations) to ensure alignment and execution.
Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities within the B2B IT space.
Champion the use of CRM tools and ensure accurate data-driven reporting.
Ensure the scalability of the sales operation through process optimisation.
Promote a high-performance sales culture focused on results accountability and innovation.
Organise training for the team on fintech products regulatory updates and industry best practices.
Represent the sales function at executive level providing regular performance insights and strategic input.
