Job Title: Acquisitions Agent

Responsibilities:
- Make 100 - 150 outbound cold calls per day using a dialer and scripts.
- Set between 5 - 10 appointments per week for the acquisitions team.
- Accurately log call outcomes notes and lead information in CRM.
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage owners over time.
- Maintain a consistent pace and energy embracing the repetitive nature of the role.
- Work US business hours.
Qualifications:- 2 - 4 years of experience in phone-based sales or outbound cold calling.
- 2 - 4 years of experience setting appointments with business owners or decision makers.
- Clear and confident communication skills and active listening.
- Comfortable with high call volume and handling frequent rejection.
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets CRMs and dialing software.
- Ability to manage personal performance and connect with the team for activity reporting.
Compensation: $1200 USD per month$1 for every cleaned lead$4 per appointment set$300 closing bonus for any lead associated provides to direct reportAdditional requirements:- Quiet and professional home office

You will work on US hours. You will be employed as an independent contractor and paid 2x a month in USD.
