Job Description
Studio Vanta is a Centurion-based design studio creating bold functional digital experiences for startups creators and communities. Were looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help us stay consistent on social media and keep our creative voice visible online.
This is a freelance hourly role - perfect for someone organized visual and confident using Canva Figma (Buzz) or other design tools. You dont need to be a designer but a great eye and strong attention to detail are key.
Tasks
What Youll Do:
- Use Figma Buzz or Canva templates to create 46 branded assets per week
- Schedule posts on Instagram and LinkedIn via Buffer or Meta Business Suite
- Follow our weekly content plan and repurpose past content testimonials and work
- Help keep our content assets (Google Drive or Notion folders) organized
Youre a Good Fit If:
- Youre confident using Figma Canva or similar tools to create clean professional assets
- You understand what makes a great post visually (composition spacing alignment etc.)
- Youre self-managed and enjoy working behind-the-scenes to bring a creative vision to life
- Youre detail-oriented filenames spacing and consistency matter to you
- You can dedicate 23 hours/week to this role consistently
Requirements
- A stable internet connection and your own laptop (BYOD)
- Strong written English
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (or willing to learn)
- Familiarity with Figma Canva or a similar tool
- Bonus: Experience in content marketing or branding
