Qualifications / Experience
- IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
- Minimum 3 years Group IT support experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise operations
- Experience with incident and problem management
- Background in supporting global IT infrastructure
Essential Skills Requirements
- Solid understanding of Group Incident Problem and Change Management
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Debugging remote services expertise
- Serverless Computing knowledge
- Microservice Architecture understanding
- System health monitoring and SLA management
- KPI reporting and stakeholder communication
- End user support and training capabilities
Advantageous Skills Requirements
- Agile methodology expertise
- Atlassian tools: Jira Confluence proficiency
- Ability to read interpret and follow Java code
- AWS Practitioner training and/or certification
- Logging and tracking tickets to external support
- Troubleshooting deployments
- Understanding of German language
Role Requirements
- Interpret documents from German to English where required
- Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets efficiently
- Handle CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required
- Raise and lead PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified
- Coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets
- Perform daily system health checks and ensure SLA compliance
- Draw KPI Reports and report to stakeholders monthly
- Adhere to Group PIC processes (Problem Incident & Change Management)
- Perform daily operations tasks and comprehensive end user support
- Create pertinent test documentation and conduct Ops Basic Training
- Enable end user knowledge transfer and training programs
- Work closely with Agile Masters developers product owners and global stakeholders
- Coordinate TLM topics with feature teams timeously
- Ensure stability and availability of infrastructure supporting feature teams
- Work shifts after hours and on public holidays as required
- Travel internationally when required
