Description
A well-established high-output manufacturing facility in Bellville is urgently seeking a Production Factory Plant Manager to lead operations in a 24/7 production environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on leader with proven factory management experience and the ability to drive performance quality and safety across multiple shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a plant running 7 days a week 24/7 with 4060 staff across 3 shifts
Lead and coordinate x2 Assistant Managers and a single production line
Oversee daily production targets quality control and team performance
Enforce Health and Safety Environmental and Quality Management compliance
Uphold and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure staff training development and procedural discipline
Communicate effectively and take full operational responsibility
Minimum Requirements
5 years experience in production/factory management
Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Immediate availability (non-negotiable)
Strong leadership attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset
Ready to take the lead at one of SAs top manufacturing facilities
