Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum Grade 12
- Passion for Automobiles:Genuine interest and enthusiasm for cars and the automotive industry.
- Excellent Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Customer-Centric Approach:A customer-first mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service.
- Driven and Goal-Oriented:Self-motivated ambitious and eager to achieve sales targets.
- Adaptability:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Integrity:Demonstrated ethical conduct and respect for customers and colleagues.
- Valid Drivers License:A current and valid drivers license is required for this position.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service especially in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not essential.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
