Amazing opportunity available for a Graphic Designer based in the Western Cape with remote / hybrid working.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Designing printed materials: Zines cards posters merch etc.
- Creating visual assets for digital platforms: social posts web elements signage etc.
- Interpreting briefs and applying existing design systems
- Working with the Creative Lead to evolve the brand and build consistency
- Preparing print-ready files and liaising with printers
- Handling layout design under pressure when needed (e.g. term packs)
- Developing designs that are both visually expressive and practically usable
- Participating in collaborative design iterations and feedback cycles
- Staying aligned with the Company aesthetic: bold minimalist playful grounded
- Bonus if you can also handle motion graphics illustration or light video editing.
Requirements:
- A design diploma or similar training
- At least 3 years of solid graphic design experience
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator InDesign and Photoshop
- Experience preparing files for commercial printing
- A good sense of layout typography and hierarchy
- Comfort balancing expressive and instructional design
- Bonus if youre into comics anime gaming cyberpunk sci-fi etc. as it shows up in our work
