What you will be doing:
Eliciting accurately documenting and validating detailed business requirements from various internal teams.
Preparing clear and comprehensive documentation including business process flows user stories and test scripts.
Supporting critical data mapping transformation and validation activities across various systems.
Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning coordinating test execution and meticulously tracking issues or enhancements.
Creating insightful reports and dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI or Excel to support data-driven decisions.
Maintaining and updating Agile artifacts including JIRA boards to accurately reflect sprint progress.
Collaborating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
What our client is looking for:
3-8 years of proven business analysis experience within financial services consulting or investment operations.
Proficient in Excel and familiar with analytical and reporting tools like SQL Power BI or similar platforms.
Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail particularly in documentation.
Clear communication skills including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and present findings.
Self-driven individual whos eager to continuously upskill in both technology and investment management concepts.
Exposure to credit investment processes deal lifecycles or financial instruments.
Understanding of data integration tools (e.g. APIs ETL) workflow tools (e.g. JIRA ServiceNow) or CRM platforms is beneficial.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models is required.
