Job Description
- Eliciting accurately documenting and validating detailed business requirements from various internal teams.
- Preparing clear and comprehensive documentation including business process flows user stories and test scripts.
- Supporting critical data mapping transformation and validation activities across various systems.
- Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning coordinating test execution and meticulously tracking issues or enhancements.
- Creating insightful reports and dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI or Excel to support data-driven decisions.
- Maintaining and updating Agile artifacts including JIRA boards to accurately reflect sprint progress.
- Collaborating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- 3-8 years of proven business analysis experience within financial services consulting or investment operations.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with analytical and reporting tools like SQL Power BI or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and an exceptional attention to detail particularly in documentation.
- Clear communication skills including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and present findings.
- Self-driven individual whos eager to continuously upskill in both technology and investment management concepts.
- Exposure to credit investment processes deal lifecycles or financial instruments.
- Understanding of data integration tools (e.g. APIs ETL) workflow tools (e.g. JIRA ServiceNow) or CRM platforms is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models is required.
