Reporting to the Senior Manager: Digital Marketing with a dotted reporting line to the Senior Manager: Organisational Effectiveness the Internal Community Manager plays a pivotal role in activating the V&A Waterfronts internal culture voice and employee experience through strategic creative and integrated internal communication. This role is designed to bridge the gap between brand business and people ensuring that what we say internally is consistent with who we are externally.
This individual is responsible for crafting and executing a compelling internal communication strategy that aligns with the V&A Waterfronts external brand and communication objectives while reflecting the unique character and culture of our internal community. As the internal custodian of our employee brand narrative this role ensures that all communication touchpoints across platforms channels and experiences are intentional clear inclusive and connected.
Working closely with both the People & Culture team and the broader Marketing function this role supports strategic change amplifies employee engagement and enhances talent experience through high-impact storytelling campaigns and content. They are expected to provide expert guidance on cultural change communication deliverables for engagement initiatives and internal brand representation across channels like LinkedIn intranet newsletters and on-the-ground activations.
