Position: Call Centre Agent
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Agent to join our team. As a Call Centre Agent you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Process orders returns and exchanges according to company policies
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
