The Role: Recruitment Consultant Education
As a Recruitment Consultant you will focus on sourcing and managing education professionals for UK-based roles. You will be responsible for the full candidate journey from initial contact to placement ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes that align with safeguarding protocols and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source screen and manage a high volume of education professionals (teachers TAs therapists psychologists etc.)
- Maintain strong supportive relationships with active candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Manage job adverts monitor applications and conduct CV shortlisting
- Conduct candidate interviews and thorough background checks aligned with safeguarding standards
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand role specifications and match suitable talent
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database
- Deliver excellent communication and follow-through from initial engagement to successful placement
About You
- Previous experience in UK education recruitment is essential
- Familiarity with roles such as teachers TAs SEN specialists and other education professionals
- Strong candidate management and delivery capabilities
- Knowledge of compliance and safeguarding protocols in the education sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised detail-oriented and proactive
- Able to work remotely and independently while engaging closely with a UK-based team
