Description
We are assisting a well-established company in the food production sector is seeking a dynamic Cold Store Manager to take full ownership of their cold storage facilityensuring seamless operations strict compliance and optimal product integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cold store operations including receiving dispatching and inventory control
Maintain cold chain compliance to ensure product safety and quality
Lead and manage a team driving high performance and continuous improvement
Uphold health safety and hygiene standards in line with industry regulations
Coordinate with production logistics and procurement teams to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
5 years of experience in cold storage or warehouse management ideally in FMCG or food production
- Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Operations/Supply Chain Management
In-depth knowledge of cold chain logistics inventory systems and warehouse best practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
