Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner to be based at a mine in Gauteng!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support safety health environmental and risk management initiatives.
- Drive consistent implementation of Organisational Development (OD) frameworks and systems.
- Use data analytics to enhance OD processes and business performance.
- Support leadership culture transformation and employee experience initiatives.
- Provide coaching and tools to embed OD practices across teams and projects.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Industrial Psychology Human Resources Behavioral Science or related
- 4 years experience in Organisational Development Talent Management Performance or Culture Initiatives
- Knowledge of Performance Management Talent Planning and Engagement Frameworks
- Valid Drivers License
