Job Description
Role Overview: The IT Asset Readiness & Deployment role is responsible for ensuring that IT assets are properly prepared configured and deployed to end-users. This includes managing the lifecycle of IT assets from initial setup to deployment and ensuring they are ready for use.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in IT Asset Management
- Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software including operating systems applications and network configurations.
- Imaging and Configuration:Experience in imaging and configuring IT assets including the use of tools like MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit) and SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager).
- Troubleshooting Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues during deployment.
- Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deployments and maintain accurate records.
- Attention to Detail:High attention to detail to ensure IT assets are correctly configured and tested.
- Communication Skills:Good communication skills to interact with end-users and other IT teams effectively.
- Time Management:Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deployment deadlines.
- Experience:Previous experience in IT asset management deployment or a related field is highly desirable.
- Certifications:Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A ITIL or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
