Join the prestigious Lehigh University Athletics Department as we seek a dynamic Assistant Coach for Mens Basketball to help elevate our program to new heights. This full-time exempt position offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of collegiate basketball while contributing to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46870 - $56250 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide sport-specific coaching and technical instruction to maximize team performance
Lead strategic recruitment efforts to attract top-tier student-athletes
Support comprehensive student-athlete development including academic mentoring and life skills coaching
Manage program administration tasks and maintain detailed records
Drive program advancement initiatives and community engagement
Ensure strict compliance with NCAA Patriot League and University policies
Collaborate with coaching staff to develop winning game strategies and training programs
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Masters Degree preferred
Three to five years of related work experience
Experience as a student-athlete
NCAA Certification required
CPR/First Aid required
Collegiate coaching experience and direct experience with the use of video systems as a tool in the development of athletic skills and as a means for preparing game plans and tactical strategies
