Job Description

Their Roads and Earthworks division is expanding and they are looking for a strategic mind someone who can not only price a job but see its potential its risks and how it will come to life. If you are a Senior Estimator with vision precision and leadership then this opportunity was built for you.
Requirements:
- BSc/ BTech in Quantity Surveying
- At least 10 years relevant work experience in a construction environment
- Proficient in CCS and BuildSmart
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full tender process for roads and earthwork projects
- Prepare accurate take offs pricing and rate build using CCS
- Analyse drawings specs and contractual documents to develop winning bids
- Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing and inputs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure realistic and executable cost plans
- Support tender adjudication and seamless handover to project teams
