Job Description
Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and fabrication plans to understand project requirements.
Determine the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
Setting up component for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements).
Verify that the quantities and sizes are correct before commencing with welding and fabrication.
Operate angel grinder band saws and other machinery to prepare parts that must be welded.
Align components using calipers rulers etc. and clamp pieces.
Assemble and tack-weld components into position ensuring that they are correctly aligned square and level before final welding. TO APPLY EMAIL CV ;
