Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial contact point for all visitors and incoming communications creating a positive and professional first impression
Handle phone and email inquiries directing them to the correct individuals or departments as needed
Keep the front-of-house area tidy presentable and organized throughout the day
Provide administrative assistance including data capture document sorting and routine clerical support
Work regularly with Excel for basic reporting and financial updates
