About the Role

The Customer Success Executive role at Moove is a pivotal positionresponsible for driving the companys growth by acquiring andonboarding new customers. This role combines the skills of a dynamicsalesperson and a meticulous onboarding specialist. The Customer Success Executive will engage with potential customers understandtheir needs and present Mooves innovative solutions. Additionallytheyll lead the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition forcustomers as they adopt the platform. This role demands strongcommunication relationship-building and project management skillsto effectively bring new clients into the Moove ecosystem whilemaintaining high satisfaction levels.

What Youll be Doing

  • Deliver 100%satisfaction in-person support to our drivers.

  • Walk drivers throughonboarding and all of the tools to be successful

  • Help brand the Moove nameand get drivers excited

  • Stay on top of Moovepolicies and procedures

  • Register new drivers andreview accurate drivers information while ensuring compliancewith Moove standards.

  • Welcome and greetcustomers delightfully.

  • Accurately describeMooves product features and benefits to drivers.

  • Ensure all onboardeddrivers are transferred to the Moove Fleet account.

  • Resolve driver relatedissues.

  • Work with the City FleetManager in building harmonious relations between drivers.

  • Build driver funneldashboard for new driver acquisition across various channels

  • Manage driver referraland incentive schemes.

  • Manage driver agencyrelationships to ensure they met company KPIs.

What You will need for this position

  • A Bachelors degree inany field such as sales marketing operations or any relatedfields.

  • A minimum of 2 years ofexperience in operations supply chain logistics or marketplaceexperience in the mobility or tech industry.

  • Excellent communicationskills.

  • Excellent interpersonaland presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively(written and oral) with others at all levels of the organisation andexternally.

  • Must be customerservice-centric.

  • Must possess basicadministration skills.

  • Ability to workindependently with little or no supervision.

  • Ability to work in afast-paced environment.

Key Metrics

  • Signup of drivers daily with security deposit

  • 75%conversion from lead gen to conversion with deposit

  • Firsttrip to first month trip target to be mapped to performance

  • Executiveto DP knowledge transfer about Moove rentals to be monitored andevaluated basis DPfirstfew weeks of performance

  • Signup incentives to be tiered basis 1st trip to 200th trip
