Our client is a topnotch financial services company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Develop and implement sales capability frameworks to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Assess training needs and design tailored learning solutions across sales roles including onboarding product knowledge sales technique compliance and client engagement.
Analyze sales data and insights to identify strengths weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate best practices into sales operations.
Implement sales enablement tools resources and methodologies to drive revenue growth.
Work closely with leadership to align capability development with business objectives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to refine training and sales excellence approaches.
Support change management and drive adoption of new tools digital platforms and sales processes.
Provide regular reporting and insights on capability initiatives performance improvements and recommendations to senior management.
5 7 years of relevant experience in sales capability development within the financial services/investment sector.
Proven expertise in sales training coaching performance management and sales analytics.
Deep understanding of investment products sales lifecycle and client relationship management.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in using sales enablement technologies.
Datadriven mindset with an ability to assess performance impact.
Proficiency in English is a plus.
