Our client is a leading company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  1. Channel Strategy & Operations

  • Monitor market trends and evaluate distribution channel performance.

  • Craft and execute channel strategies aligned with the company s growth targets.

  • Deliver endtoend support to partners covering sales enablement product knowledge and technical assistance.

  • Foster collaborative relationships with partners to codevelop marketing and customer service initiatives.

  • Collect insights on market demands and customer preferences for internal reporting.

  1. Channel Expansion & Partnership Management

  • Implement sales and marketing plans derived from corporate strategy.

  • Source evaluate and establish partnerships with potential channel collaborators.

  • Propose and execute winwin collaboration models to strengthen longterm partnerships.

  1. Brand Awareness & Market Presence

  • Lead marketing efforts for product promotion in targeted markets.

  • Enhance brand visibility and expand influence across regions.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on brand campaigns product releases and social media promotions.

  • Develop and roll out marketing initiatives through partners to support sales objectives.

  1. Sales Execution & Performance Monitoring

  • Represent company products and drive sales efforts to meet or exceed targets.

  • Forecast sales trends and lead strategic client negotiations.

  • Ensure consistent deal flow and follow through with timely receivable collections.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development roles ideally within the CCTV or related tech industries.

  • Language skills: Proficiency in English or Chinese.

  • Demonstrated success in launching and positioning new products or brands.

  • Highly motivated dependable and resultsdriven.
