Our client is a top-notch company specialized in technology who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Lead and oversee IT projects from start to finish ensuring all deliverables are completed on time within budget and aligned with project scope.
Act as Scrum Master across multiple squads facilitating Agile ceremonies and embedding Agile best practices within teams.
Work closely with stakeholders to clearly define the project s scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Create and manage detailed project documentation including timelines key deliverables resource planning and dependencies.
Continuously track progress identifying roadblocks early and implementing mitigation plans to maintain momentum.
Encourage collaboration across multifunctional teams ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Report project health progress updates and key metrics to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with the company s project governance framework and ensure alignment with internal standards and methodologies.
Drive initiatives to improve project execution efficiency team productivity and delivery quality.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or similar discipline.
Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP or ScrumMaster (CSM) are highly valued.
12 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level IT projects especially in Agile environments within banking or technology-driven sectors.
Track record of leading complex cross-functional projects with successful delivery outcomes.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach and influence diverse teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and technical teams alike.
Adept at problem-solving and making informed decisions under pressure.
Comfortable using tools like JIRA Microsoft Project or equivalent platforms for planning and tracking.
Nice to have:
Experience with large-scale digital banking or fintech implementations.
Working knowledge of public cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform AWS etc.).
Familiarity with DevOps principles and tooling.
Prior exposure to banking processes or financial industry standards is a plus.
