Our client is a top-notch media company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Act as a liaison and interpreter/translator between the executive board and employees supporting departments such as HR & Administration Media Communications and Business Development with bilingual communication tasks.
Provide executive support to leadership in daily administrative tasks and manage business correspondence in Chinese.
Assist in additional assignments as delegated by department heads or executive management.

Aged between 23 and 29.
Holds a university degree in Chinese Language or a related field. Must be fluent in listening speaking reading and writing Chinese.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an assistant or interpreter/translator role.
Must possess HSK Level 5 or above or TOCFL Band B (Level 4).
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Candidates with academic experience in China are highly preferred.
Presentable appearance is required: minimum height 1.68m for males and 1.56m for females.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and capable of preparing formal documentation.
Knowledgeable in business etiquette meticulous detail-oriented with sharp thinking and the ability to understand and execute management directives well.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in team settings.
