Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaking) you ll serve as the voice of the world s leading crypto platform helping users navigate account issues product concerns and technical problems while delivering excellent customer support in Mandarin and English.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Shifting / Rotational
Work setup: Remote / Work from Home

Your Daily Tasks

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email live chat and phone
  • Assist with account-related issues technical troubleshooting and general questions about Binance products and services
  • Deliver accurate helpful information related to cryptocurrency trading security protocols and account management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain clear documentation of interactions and adhere to service standards
  • Consistently aim to exceed performance targets and contribute to the team s success


Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Bachelor s degree or above in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service preferably within the BPO industry
  • High attention to detail integrity and a strong sense of accountability
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends
  • A genuine interest in delivering great customer service and a positive attitude toward the crypto industry
  • Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency is a strong advantage
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) and English is required
