Senior QA Engineer (Manual & Automation)
Location: Remote (Preferred: Vietnam)
Industry: Web3 / Blockchain / Technology

About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer with solid experience in both manual and automation testing to join our remote-first this role youll play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Web3 platform contributing to high-quality releases and a seamless user experience.
You should be comfortable working in distributed teams communicating effectively across time zones and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and execute manual and automated test plans for web and blockchain applications.
- Perform regression integration and functional testing on core features and smart contract integrations.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define test strategies and ensure requirement coverage.
- Identify log and track bugs and performance issues and follow up on fixes with engineering teams.

Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes tools and frameworks.
- Contribute to our remote-first culture with clear communication and a proactive solutions-driven approach.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance with hands-on knowledge of both manual and automated testing methodologies.

Proven track record of working remotely and effectively managing tasks independently.

Familiarity with Web3 technologies blockchain concepts and decentralized applications.
- Experience using test automation tools such as Selenium Cypress or similar frameworks (bonus).

Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have

Experience testing smart contracts or decentralized apps (DApps).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
