Position Summary
The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for establishing and managing the operational backbone of the institution ensuring that the environment processes and teams are in place to support growth and academic delivery. Key areas of responsibility include:

Operations Setup & Oversight: Leading the establishment and management of core operational functions to support the institutions mission and strategic goals.

Infrastructure Development: Driving the development and fit-out of physical and digital infrastructure suited to modern education delivery.

Team Formation & Leadership: Building an effective operations team embedding strong standards and a culture of accountability.

Cross-Departmental Support: Working closely with academic and business functions to enable smooth program delivery and external engagement.

Systems & Efficiency: Implementing scalable processes resource planning tools and administrative systems to ensure operational effectiveness.
