Our client is a top-notch electronic company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Address and resolve issues arising on the production line.
Plan and manage production specifications materials workflow machinery utilization and cost factors.
Analyze and improve defect and scrap rates assess and optimize manufacturing processes and establish production standards.
Ensure workplace safety and maintain a clean compliant working environment.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements in process quality.
Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or higher in an engineering-related discipline.
Proficiency in Chinese at HSK Level 5 or higher.
No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industry with comprehensive training provided from the ground up.
