Job Description

Reporting to: Department head in Singapore

We are seeking a Vietnamese Architect with an Architect Practice Certificate to provide BIM coordination support for ongoing Singapore construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with BIM guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirement
  • Manage the process of 3D modeling (Architectural/Structure) and quality as per Project BIM requirement
  • Understand and manage the process of 3D model-based shop drawings (Architectural/Structure) Wall Setting Out (WSO) drawings Concrete Body Plan (CBP) and Detail Drawings.
  • Develop 4D simulations and support 5D quantification processes.
  • Chair BIM coordination meetings (including ICE meetings) with project teams.
  • Maintain accurate BIM documentation and project records.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or related field (or BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM).
  • Min 3-5 years of hands-on BIM experience with BIM-related software or BIM Modelling Works (Revit Navisworks Autodesk Construction Cloud Revizto).
  • Valid Vietnam Architect Practice Certificate (Giy php hnh ngh kin trc s)
  • Familiarity with Singapore construction practices (BCA CORENET) is preferred.
  • Strong English proficiency for cross-border coordination.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
