Sales / Business Development Representative Venezuela

About the Role

We are hiring multiple Business Development Representatives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Recruitment or staffing experience is a plus but not required. If you have a strong sales business development or account management background you can quickly excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to engage new clients and drive business growth
  • Identify and qualify potential clients based on their hiring needs and challenges
  • Conduct outbound sales outreach via cold emails calls and LinkedIn
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM leaving notes updates and follow-ups
  • Provide market insights to leadership regarding client trends challenges and opportunities
  • Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to introduce our recruitment services
  • Collaborate with the executive team to enhance sales performance and refine strategies
  • Stay updated with industry trends to position our services effectively

What Were Looking For

  • Highly motivated self-driven and results-oriented professionals
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Advanced English proficiency (Speaking Reading and Writing) American Accent highly preferred
  • Experience in sales business development or client acquisition (Required)
  • Recruitment or staffing experience is a plus but NOT required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Comfortable using CRMs and other sales tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet and backup connection (if possible)
  • High-quality headset and working computer
  • A quiet professional workspace

Schedule

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
    (EST Business Hours)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $500.00 - $1000.00 per month
  • Additional Commission: $500.00 - $3000.00 or more depending on performance

Experience Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Required)
