We are looking for an already trained and well-versed Solar PV Roofer and Labourer. Join a growing team thats powering the future of renewable energy.

Salary: 350 850 per job (Per Team)
Location: Wales & South West England
Workdays: Monday to Friday
Transport: Van & 50p per mile fuel allowance
Accommodation: Fully arranged and paid for
Employment Type: Self-Employed

About the Role:
As a Solar PV Roofer with CES youll play a vital role in delivering top-quality solar installations. Youll be the face of our business providing exceptional service and craftsmanship that our customers trust and value.

Responsibilities:

• Install industry-leading Solar PV systems
• Work confidently on a variety of roofs: Rosemary slate tile
• Conduct DC testing to ensure high-quality installations
• Provide top-tier customer service in occupied homes
• Upload job details to our internal CRM
• Maintain the highest standards of health & safety

What Were Looking For:

• 2 years of experience in solar roofing
• Experience in residential/occupied property work
• Demonstrated track record of excellent customer service
• Confident using digital systems (CRM uploads etc.)
• Experience with Easy-Dec systems is a bonus!
