Job Description
Software QA Engineer II Salesforce Projects
Location: Remote US (TX preferred)
Type: Contract 12 Months Full time (40 hrs/week)
Start Date: 2 September 2025
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail oriented Software QA Engineer II to lead testing efforts for Salesforce implementations and integrations. You will work across Salesforce Agentforce Service Cloud Voice Experience Cloud and related upgrades ensuring quality performance and seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud initiatives.

Validate migrations:

Service Cloud Voice from Genesys
-
Experience Cloud from AEM
-

Test and verify Higher Logic community upgrades and other integrated system enhancements.

Identify reproduce and track defects in collaboration with development teams.

Maintain complete accurate and current testing documentation.

Use automated testing tools to improve QA efficiency.

Report quality metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience in software QA with strong Salesforce platform exposure.

Hands on testing experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud.

Skilled in Service Cloud Voice and Experience Cloud migration testing.

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast paced environments.
Preferred Skills
-
Experience with Higher Logic upgrades.

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
