Job Description
Job Title: AI Training & eLearning Specialist (Instructional Design Accessibility)
Location: Jamaica NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT Bard and Copilot.
- Experience creating training materials eLearning modules and job aids.
- Experience facilitating or providing support for train-the-trainer programs.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into content understandable to general audiences.
- Experience in system support and maintenance including training documentation and troubleshooting-covering system configurations workflows and user guides.
- Proven track record in coordinating training initiatives or managing digital rollout projects.
- Experience designing learning programs that are inclusive and accessible to diverse audiences.
