Job Description
Job Title : BI/DW PL/SQL Reporting Developer (NYS Health Exchange Medicaid/ACA Eligibility Data)
Location: Menands NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience developing reports focused on Eligibility Enrollment and Coverage data generated through the NYS Health Exchange or other state-based/federal health exchanges for Medicaid Child Health Plus (CHP) and Essential Plan programs (excluding claims data).
- Experience working with the NYS Health Exchange or other state-based/federal health exchanges with specific expertise in eligibility determination rules and Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations (excluding claims data).
- Experience creating reports to resolve data discrepancies between the NYS Health Exchange and other NYS state-based systems including eMedNY WMS KIDS and OTDA.
- Experience designing and developing complex analytic and reporting systems for the NYS ACA or other state-based/federal health exchanges.
- Experience conducting enterprise strategic BI/DW assessments including data interrogation and profiling through complex PL/SQL procedures and SQL queries and preparing an Enterprise BI/DW roadmap based on assessment results.
- Experience with various reporting and data transformation tools providing business users with data support ad hoc report creation and issue analysis.
