Job Description
Location: Temple TX 76502
Shift: 12-hr Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and prioritize care based on patient needs.
- Develop implement and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
- Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.
- Adjust care plans to meet evolving health needs and clinical goals.
- Educate patients families and community members about health conditions treatments and preventive care.
- Document care and learning needs accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers to deliver holistic care.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and provide follow-up and support as needed.
- Utilize evidence-based strategies for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Maintain a focus on safety quality and efficiency in all aspects of patient care.
- Support team growth and contribute to a positive collaborative work environment.
- Participate in continuous professional development and community outreach as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Active and Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- BLS certification required (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Pediatric nursing experience and Emergency Room background.
