Job Description
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy practices.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Deliver rehabilitative services to improve mobility relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans home exercises and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated patient care approach.
- Graduate of a certified Physical Therapy (PT) program
- 2 years of inpatient PT experience required
- Current Massachusetts (MA) PT License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
