Job Description
Location: Remote
Long-Term Contract
We are seeking an experienced SAP Signavio Consultant to support our business process transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process modeling analysis and optimization using the SAP Signavio Business Process Transformation Suite. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design document and improve end-to-end business processes ensuring alignment with organizational goals and SAP S/4HANA transformation strategies.
Work closely with business stakeholders to capture model and document processes using SAP Signavio.
Perform process analysis to identify gaps redundancies and improvement opportunities.
Support process mining activities to gain data-driven insights into operational performance.
Develop and maintain BPMN-compliant process models.
Facilitate process workshops and training sessions with stakeholders.
Ensure process documentation aligns with SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align process design with system capabilities.
Drive adoption of SAP Signavio tools and best practices across the organization.
5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) or process improvement roles.
Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager Process Collaboration Hub and Process Intelligence.
Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA business processes and transformation programs.
Experience in process mining and analytics.
Excellent facilitation documentation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
SAP Certified in Signavio or Business Process Transformation tools.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Background in change management and process governance.
