Job Description
- Provide expert-level business process guidance on Navy ERPs SAP requirements and design with a focus on SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
- Analyze configure and optimize SAP SD processes to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand sales and distribution processes and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Design and implement system enhancements ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO/FM/PS).
- Lead and provide guidance to large teams of functional or technical personnel.
- Resolve functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules.
- Utilize extensive SAP experience (10 years) particularly as a subject matter expert in SAP SD.
- Support post go-live production break/fix and ongoing system maintenance.
- Apply knowledge of DoD Navy ERP and related IT architectures.
- Ensure customer service and responsiveness in all interactions.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering analysis testing implementation and support.
- Possess a Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant technical business or related discipline.
- Hold an active Secret clearance and have federal experience.
- (Preferred) Experience with SAP SD reimbursement processes and integration with other modules.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with Navy/DoD environments and software development best practices for SAP solutions.
