Job Title: Accounting/Purchasing Asst.
Location: Westfield MA 01085
Duration: 10 Months Contract (High possibility of extension/conversion)
PR: $25/HR on W2
Seeking full-time on-site accounting/purchasing assistant based in Westfield MA.
Complete Description:
- Copying filing assist with encumbrances data entry into state software other clerical tasks/duties as assigned.
- Requires attention to detail basic knowledge of Word and Excel ability to switch gears reliable transportation to/from work site ability to receive instruction and constructive feedback.
- Ideal candidate will have the ability to work 40/hrs wk. but there is room for some flexibility in scheduling and hours within the conventional workweek.
- Lunches and breaks are unpaid parking is free.
- Prior knowledge of statewide systems (COMMBUYS MMARS etc.) is a plus but is not required.
