Job Description:

Perform credit appraisal risk assessment and loan evaluation for retail/MSME/corporate segments.

Assess financial statements income documents and banking records to determine repayment capacity.

Review credit bureau reports legal and technical valuation reports for due diligence.

Approve or recommend proposals within delegated authority limits.

Ensure adherence to credit policy RBI/NBFC norms and internal audit requirements.

Conduct field visits and personal discussions (PD) with customers when necessary.

Identify early warning signals (EWS) and take corrective measures to prevent NPAs.

Monitor branch portfolio performance and report risk trends to higher management.

Collaborate with sales teams to improve proposal quality and conversion ratio.

Provide guidance and training to branch staff on documentation and credit norms.

Maintain MIS reports for approvals rejections TAT and portfolio quality.
-
Support collections teams to ensure recovery from overdue accounts.

Strong skills in financial analysis decision-making compliance and stakeholder management
