Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Tableau Developer with a strong background in Tableau 2024 and 2025 to join our team in Dallas TX. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Tableau development experience and the ability to work onsite at our Dallas office once a week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data visualization performance optimization and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports using Tableau 2024 and 2025.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Optimize dashboards for performance scalability and usability.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and testing.
- Integrate Tableau with various data sources including SQL cloud platforms and APIs.
- Stay up-to-date with Tableau features and enhancements in the latest versions.
- Provide training and support to business users on Tableau usage and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Tableau development.
- Expertise in Tableau 2024 and 2025 versions.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large complex datasets.
- Familiarity with Tableau Server/Cloud administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas once a week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tableau certification (e.g. Tableau Desktop Certified Professional).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
