What You Do
Lead a powerhouse team of Systems Engineers and Designers to deliver next-gen solutions that bring buildings to life. From hardware and software design to network commissioning youll guide innovation at every stage. Shape processes champion best practices and ensure ethical excellence all while helping build smarter spaces from the ground up. How Youll Do it:
Drive the Vision: Manage and schedule your teams workload with precision. Prioritize tasks coordinate engineering projects and ensure timely high-quality results.
Own the Numbers: Provide accurate timeframes and engineering cost estimates to project management for budgeting and execution success.
Shape Excellence: Develop refine and champion engineering standards and processes that foster consistency quality and efficiency.
Innovate Boldly: Introduce new applications and operational techniques. Identify and implement process improvements and emerging tech that enhance performance and reliability.
Be the Expert: Offer advanced technical support and act as the regional authority in application engineering.
Lead with Insight: Guide a team of engineers and designers to select technology that balances performance with cost efficiency.
Evaluate Success: Use data and performance reports to assess team and project outcomesand drive continuous improvement.
Foster Collaboration: Build meaningful relationships with customers consultants and architect engineers to support project development and execution.
Mentor and Grow Talent: Hire retain and develop a top-performing team. Set clear expectations provide regular feedback and chart out career development pathways.
Deliver Impact: Partner with major projects and branch teams to align resources hit milestones and exceed client expectations.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience leading systems or application engineering teams
Strong background in engineering project lifecycle cost analysis and system design
Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills
Commitment to quality technical innovation and customer satisfaction
Bachelors degree in engineering is preferred andor a minimum of five years of experience in Application engineering.
Prior experience in supervision of technical / engineering group.
Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in the construction industry.
Masters degree or Professional Engineer Registration highly desired.
Recognized as a leading expert in several core engineering competencies.
Understands accounting principles and cost management.
Good oral and written communication skills especially in presentation of technical material.

Hiring Compensation Range: $90000 - 125000/Annually USD. (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.)
