We currently have a requirement for a Chef Manager at our Luxury Retirement Living property based in Kew. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen providing high quality meals and an exceptional dining experience to residents and their guests.
Part time hours 26.5 34.00 hours per week
About you
To be successful in this role you will be experienced in the end-to-end management of food services developing seasonal nutritious menus presenting outstanding food adhering to food safety standards financial regulations and stock management.
Working closely with the Precinct Manager and a small team of hospitality staff youll lead the kitchen to success by providing catering & hospitality services that exceed the expectations of all residents.
