This role is located in Orange County CA region (Los Angeles or Irvine)
ResponsibilitiesWhat youll be able to do:
Use your marketing sales & service expertise to turn data-driven insights into innovative solutions that enhance sales & customer loyalty. Join us and be the eyes ears & voice of Ford.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for all vehicle owners including parts assistance after warranty assistance upfitter warranty questions technical support escalation etc.
- Manage all Service Performance & Parts Sales deliverables including:
- Fix It Right The First Time Performance
- Reduce Repair Order Duration
- Service Net Promoter Score
- Field Service Action Campaign Completion
- Ford Pro Parts Revenue
- Retail Parts Sales
- Service Advisor Training
- Technician Recruitment and Retention
- Mobile Service
- Manage all Commercial Vehicle Center & Ford Pro Service Elite program responsibilities
- Review & approve annual Ford Pro Service Elite business plans with appropriate dealership personnel
- Work with Ford Pro Service Elite dealership personnel to achieve service sales objectives
- Grow Mobile Service Experiences & Key Sales Metrics at Ford Pro Service Elite Dealerships by targeting commercial customers developing action plans marketing plans & supporting launches
- Monitor & reinforce compliance of Ford Pro Service Elite & Commercial Vehicle Center Program Service standards
- Support transformational service growth initiatives:
- Vehicle Uptime including triage/early diagnosis process rollout of tools &training
- Technician Recruiting & Retention
- Recall Completion
- Predictive Repair Intelligence
- Service Capacity/Throughput
- Advanced Production Systems
- Conduct Service Growth Meetings Dealership Training Sessions & Grass Roots Events to train/inform dealership personnel
- Partner with Commercial Vehicle Sales & Ford Credit counterparts for joint contacts & dealership / account support.
- Present Ford Pro priorities & updates at Regional Org Meetings to keep Regional personnel informed on Core Vehicle service/share & relevant Ford Pro Service Elite & Commercial Vehicle Center dealership related items.
- Work with Ford Pro Service Elite dealership personnel &facing Ford personnel to implement Ford Pros Productivity Accelerator Pillars Vehicles Financing Service Software &Charging to grow Core Vehicle products & services Telematics Ford Credit Products Accessories Ford Parts & Maintenance Programs etc.
- Provide regular updates to the appropriate dealership personnel on key information
- Represent Ford Pro at key commercial meetings & events

- Listen to the Dealership Network needs understand their concerns & provide solutions.
- Work independently in your daily activities & work as part of a team to share best practices while meeting business goals.
- Network with colleagues & leaders throughout the organization
- Candidates must be willing to travel 80% or more of the work week
- Travel may be upwards of 100 miles from home or office location & Hotel stays will be necessary
- You will be equipped with:

- Skills training necessary equipment & data to attain your daily & monthly goals
- A company vehicle
QualificationsYoull have:
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of Dealership Contact experience i.e. Sales Dept Service & Parts Dept
Even better if you have:
- Excellent Parts & Service business acumen
- Commercial experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills & the ability to multi-task multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proved track record of achieving key deliverables in high-paced environments
- Ability to confidently deliver a compelling business case to Dealer Principals
- Ability to deliver timely & consistent results
- Self-starter capable of communicating across regions & at all levels
- Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving with a focus on delivering results
- Strong presentation & critical thinking skills
- Basic financial statement acumen
